Ele Hatamiya, from California, USA, is the youngest person to receive Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and martial arts training at the age of 11.
Not only training, Elle has won many accolades for her passion. She has been gaining strength since the age of seven and spends 23 hours a week in exercise.
After winning several weightlifting and gymnastics championships, for Ele Hatamiya, it’s just a child’s play to lift heavy weights easily. At this young age, Elle is the USAW National Champion. She is also a Level 5 Gymnast and Ben & Floor State Champion.
Currently weighing 71 pounds, its lifts include 12 pull-up max, 69 lb snatch, 103 lb back squat, 138 lb deadlift and 83 lb clean and jerk.
