The head of Britain’s secret intelligence service met with Army Chief Bajwa.


Richard Moore, head of the British intelligence service, met with Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Thursday.

According to ISPR, the meeting focused on mutual and professional interests, intelligence / defense cooperation between the two countries and overall regional security, following the US withdrawal from Afghanistan.

The Army Chief said that Pakistan was helping to achieve a peaceful, stable and prosperous Afghanistan. Pakistan is ready to extend all possible cooperation to help Afghanistan achieve a comprehensive settlement that is essential for regional peace and prosperity.

The Chief Guest appreciated Pakistan’s tireless efforts for regional peace and stability.
