Gul claimed that PML-N vice-president Maryam Nawaz and a group of Punjab Assembly members had come up with the plan, and the MPA blamed a man named Naveed for the act.

Gul further said that Kot Khawaja Saeed Hospital in Lahore, where the false registration was made, falls under the constituency of PML-N’s Imran Nazir and Chaudhry Shahbaz.

Chaudhry Shahbaz used his influence to hire Adil Rafique – a man suspected of being involved in the case. “MPA Chaudhry Shahbaz will have to answer for that,” Gul said.

The Special Assistant said that the MPA’s social media account was full of pictures of him posting with the PML-N MPA. He further said that the cancer of corruption has spread in every institution.

On September 22, a fake corona vaccine was registered in the National Immunization Management System (NIMS) using Nawaz’s name at Government Kot Khawaja Saeed Hospital in Lahore.

According to the fake entry, Nawaz, who is currently in London, received the first shot of the Covid 19 vaccine Synovac at the hospital at 4:03 pm on Wednesday.

‘Fake vaccines, fake cases’

Responding to Gul’s remarks, PML-N leader Talal Chaudhry said: “Not only was Nawaz Sharif’s name used for fake vaccines, but fake cases were also framed against him.”

The Punjab government suspended the health officers

The Punjab government has suspended the Medical Superintendent (MS) and a senior doctor of Lahore Hospital in connection with the registration of fake vaccines.

The suspended officers were directed to report to the health department immediately.

In addition, cases were registered against three other employees of the hospital, two of whom were arrested.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the police have registered separate cases in this regard.

According to the FIA ​​Cyber ​​Crime Wing, Watchman Abul Hassan and Ward Boy Adil used the identity of a third employee, Naveed, to enter the former Prime Minister Nawaz’s fake entry system.

Police have registered cases against the three accused and arrested Abul Hassan and Adil.

In addition, the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has summoned the Punjab Health Secretary to Islamabad in response to the development.
