Twitter was overjoyed when Pakistan defeated India in a historic match.


The jinx is finally over. In the World Cup, Pakistan defeated India and a wave of happiness spread across the country.

Captain Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan chased the run without any trouble when they limited their opponents to 151/7.

After captain Babar Azam’s first fielding selection, fast bowler Shaheen Shah somehow started the operation for Pakistan. He trapped India vice-captain Rohit Sharma for the Golden Dick and shook KL Rahul’s stumps in his next over when India were jumping to 6/2.

Personalities from all walks of life took to Twitter to express their feelings on this historic occasion.

Immediately after Pakistan crossed the line, Prime Minister Imran Khan congratulated the team.

“Congratulations to the Pakistan team and especially[ecially] To Babar Azam who led from the front, as well as the brilliant performances of Rizwan and Shaheen Afridi. The nation is proud of you all, “the Prime Minister wrote.

President Dr Arif Alvi also congratulated the Pakistan cricket team on its 10-wicket victory over India.

“Congratulations Green Shirts,” he said in a tweet on social media platform Twitter. Won by a total of 10 wickets. You make us proud. A good match. Great batting of Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam. What a joy to see complete domination. We are moving towards a better outcome. “

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa lauded the excellent performance and comprehensive victory against India.

Rameez Raja, chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), also praised the boys’ efforts, saying the journey had just begun.

The PCB shared the “perfect” selfie on its official Twitter handle, which was first taken by Chief Destroyer Shaheen Afridi.

Minister for Planning and Special Measures Asad Omar advised them not to let Indians go without offering “tea”.

Babar Azam’s father could not control his emotions.
