DHAKA: Bangladesh on Monday called up uncapped batsmen Mahmood Al Hasan and fast bowler Rajur Rehman for the first Test of the two-match series against Pakistan in Chittagong starting November 26.
The 21-year-old Mahmudal, winner of the Under-19 World Cup, has been named in the Test squad for his impressive start to his first-class career, which includes back-to-back centuries in the last two rounds of the National Cricket League. Chief selector Minhaj-ul-Abidin said.

Minhaj-ul-Hassan said that all-rounder Shakib Al-Hassan was also included in the squad but his fitness after hamstring injury will be reviewed before being considered for the first Test.
The second test will start on December 4 in Dhaka.
“Obviously we will have to wait and see if Shakib makes it to the first Test or not but these players have been the most consistent for us in the Tests and their presence could make a difference. . “
