Kinshasa Makambo is a documentary movie from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, directed by way of Dieudo Hamadi and launched in 2018.[1] The movie centres on 3 younger Congolese democracy activists who have been concerned within the 2016 protests towards president Joseph Kabila.[2]

The movie premiered on February 18, 2018, on the 68th Berlin Global Movie Competition.[3] The movie received the Tim Hetherington Award on the 2018 Sheffield DocFest,[4] and the True Imaginative and prescient Award on the 2018 True/False Movie Competition.[5]
