Garlic contain an active compound Allicin, that stop the formation of nitrosamines, a carcinogen that attack several parts of the body such as colon, breast and liver.


Broccoli is a good source of vitamin C, E B9, K, carotenoids and minerals. It also contains sulforaphane- a compound that is very useful in reducing breast, prostate and colon cancer cells.

Red grapes

Red grapes are rich source of resveratrol that limit the growth of many kinds of cancer cells.
