To study any body’s mental problem one must be emphatic in nature, and it is easy for a person to know the actual disease which caused his mental disorder.

Empathy is the ability to understand and be aware of, co-experiences the feelings and thoughts of other people, is probably one of the most important skills a person may have. And it’s not just for building and maintaining strong and healthy relationships, but to work more effectively and achieve greater success in life in general.

Empathy research has found that it is possible to asses a person’s ability to feel empathy by studying their brain activity while they are resting rather than while they are engaged in a specific task.

to study such type of mental problems it is important how emphatic with such patients.

Empathetic means put yourself in the shoes of others, as how much closed to the feelings of others will be better asses to find the problems and to solve it. According to Hodges and Myers in the Encyclopedia of Social Psychology, “Empathy is often defined as understanding another person’s experience by imagining oneself in that other person’s situation one of the best examples in now days is gaming on mobile phones and one of the games famous in youth is PUBG.  it is common to observe that those whose interaction with the society before playing PUBJ and after it we have common things to observe that mostly PUBG players have a mental issue their mind becoming extremist, they want to become alone every time they are thinking about the game, fight with the enemy and for the completion for the level. this type of behaviour leads to isolating him from society their way of thinking become virtual that lead to damage his physical ability.

Social phobia linked to autism and schizophrenia. The research, published in Psychiatry Research: Neuroimaging, found the areas of the brain that show increased response when exposed to unexpected speech sounds or ‘phonemes’ are associated with the processing of social information and linked with spectrum conditions such as autism or schizophrenia.

Conclusion 

It has proved that excessive use of virtual things leads to mental disorder and have issue like autism schizophrenia.
