Helen Nancy McLean Wright (née Cook dinner, 28 Mar 1917 – 3 Jun 1994)[1][2] was once a Welsh novice golfer. She gained the Welsh Women’ Newbie Championship six instances between 1953 to 1967.

Wright gained the Welsh Women’ Newbie Championship six instances, in 1953, 1954, 1955, 1958, 1965 and 1967, and was once runner-up 4 instances, in 1950, 1951, 1964 and 1968.[3] He first and ultimate appearances within the ultimate had been each at Royal Porthcawl, shedding to Dr. Phyllis Garfield Evans in 1950 and to Sylvia Hales in 1968.[4][5] In October 1969 she reached the semi-finals of the French championship.[1]

In 1938 she made her debut for Wales within the Ladies’s House Internationals.[6] She performed once more within the first post-war match in 1947 and performed maximum years till 1968, making her ultimate look in 1971.[7][8] She additionally performed for Wales within the 1964 Espirito Santo Trophy, when the 4 house countries competed one after the other, and within the Eu Women’ Staff Championship in 1965 and 1971.[9][10][11]
